By accessing this website or using any Interver Networks service (including hosting plans, domain registration, VPS and managed services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Interver Networks ("we", "us", "our") is a technology company based in FCT, Nigeria. We provide web hosting, domain registration, cloud, networking and related infrastructure services.

2 · ServicesWhat we provide

Our services include shared hosting, VPS, managed hosting, domain registration and related infrastructure services. Service details, limits and prices are described on our website and in order confirmations. We reserve the right to change service descriptions and pricing, with notice to affected customers where reasonably practicable.

3 · AccountsYour responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when ordering and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Use services lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Nigerian law.
  • Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use of your account.

4 · Acceptable useWhat is not allowed

You may not use our services for: illegal activity; phishing, fraud or deception; distributing malware; hosting content that infringes intellectual property rights; sending unsolicited bulk email (spam); or operating services that compromise the security or reliability of our infrastructure or other customers.

We may suspend or terminate services that violate these rules, and we will notify you where we reasonably can.

5 · Payments & billingFees, VAT and renewals

  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT (currently 7.5%) is added at checkout where applicable.
  • Services are billed monthly or yearly according to the plan chosen at checkout.
  • We will remind you before renewals. You may cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services. Domains may be subject to registrar redemption fees if not renewed in time.

6 · DomainsRegistration & transfer

Domain registration is subject to the rules of the relevant registry (including NiRA for .ng domains). You are responsible for providing accurate registrant details. We may not be able to register a domain if the registry rejects the application — in that case we will refund any payment for that domain. Availability shown during search is indicative; final registration is confirmed by the registry.

7 · Limitation of liabilityOur responsibility

We provide services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. We strongly recommend you keep your own backups of important data.

8 · TerminationCancelling your service

You may cancel at any time. Paid hosting fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may terminate or suspend service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law.

9 · ChangesUpdates to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and significant changes will be communicated by email where we have your contact details.
