1 · Hosting30-day money-back guarantee
All shared hosting and VPS plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first purchase, contact us and we will refund the amount paid for the service (excluding domain registrations and any add-ons).
To request a refund, email info@intervernetworks.com with your account details and the reason. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method where possible.
2 · RenewalsAfter the first term
The money-back guarantee applies once per account, to the first term of a service. Renewals are generally non-refundable, but if we are unable to provide a service you have paid for (e.g. a prolonged outage), we will credit or refund affected time on request.
3 · DomainsSpecial rules
- Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once registered, because they are purchased from the registry on your behalf.
- If we cannot register a domain you paid for (e.g. the registry rejects it or it is taken at the final check), we will refund that domain's payment in full.
- Domain transfers are non-refundable once the transfer completes.
4 · ExceptionsWhen refunds don't apply
Refunds are not available for: services cancelled for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy; add-on services already delivered (e.g. design work, migrations); or paid setup fees.
5 · How to requestContact us
Email info@intervernetworks.com with the subject "Refund request" and include: your name, account/order reference, the service, and the reason. We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
